Care, Repair and Maintenance

ECL has many large clients care, repair and maintenance of commercial premises, business properties and estates and has contracts with large trusts, multinational and medium size companies and local city and county councils being on the preferred contractor list for small and medium works up to £ 150,000.

ECL currently has contracts implementing care and repair of council and social housing for city and county councils which can be tricky to implement, manage and achieve because the properties are occupied and we do this by treating residents with courtesy and respect.

ECL also do care and repair for care homes, schools and education centres and we work well with people and are flexible for our clients to help them manage their works and will operate a multiplicity of on-site trades during any programme of building works.
